Jeff Glaze

 

JEFF has over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of settings; profit and non-profit, public and private sectors, domestic and international.  His innovative solutions to your business challenges come from the thinking he learned in the for-profit world while keeping in mind the heart he has for the non-profit world.  He will help your organization navigate the changes needed to move your mission forward, while being sensitive to your company’s culture towards change.  Jeff believes in taking a systematic approach to change in keeping with your culture and values.  He has confidence that sustainable change comes from “evolution, not revolution”.

Jeff completed his undergraduate studies at the United States Naval Academy and the University of Idaho and went onto obtaining his master’s degree in business administration from California State University - East Bay.  Later, he received certification as a fundraising professional from Boston University.

In his spare time, Jeff loves the great outdoors.  He is an avid skier and cyclist and loves to attend sporting events and music festivals.  Because of his varied interests, work and travel, you and Jeff will find common ground.  And with that common ground, you and Jeff will have fun finding answers to your organization’s business challenges and implementing sustainable solutions to meet them.
